Alien Ant Farm Alien Ant Farm had the honor of opening the night. As the crowd were still filling in, the band showed their professionalism and played their asses off as if the theatre was packed . Starting their short set with Bad Morning and ending with Smooth Criminal. Alien Ant Farm definitely had the energy to go longer but someone has to open and they were perfect for it. Lit Usually it's a kiss of death to open your set with a cover song, but Lit's rendition of Tom Petty's American Girl was killer and set the tone for the craziness the rest of their set which included Miserable, The Last Time Again and of course My Own Worst Enemy. P.O.D. The amphitheater pit almost packed, the crowd roared as Marcos Curiel's guitar riff filled the air and Here Comes The Boom set off the pit and the set was a running. When some minor drum issues held back the start of Rock The Party vocalist Sonny Sandoval explained that they didn't learn the computer and actually play their instruments, that sometimes shit happens. The fix was quick and P.O.D. Continued to rock the rest of the set with Southtown, Youth of The Nation and Alive. Buckcherry As the air thickened with humidity and smoke (seems the NY state smoking ban does not apply here) the musicians claimed the stage as only Buckcherry can and kicked us in the teeth with an amazing almost non stop rockin set. With Lit Up, Sorry, Too Drunk.... Crazy Bitch and many more . It was a terrific way to end our Generation X Stop!
